Absolutely love the ease of ordering flowers from this site. Been doing so for a year now. This is the first time I've had an issue. . . . something as simple as the missing note for the flowers. . . simply saying JUST BECAUSE. . . never made it with the flowers. Thankfully the incredible woman these were sent to know exactly how they were from. This minor overlooked detail is actually a huge detail.

Birthday Present
I bought the standard flower arrangement for my mom for her birthday. She was thrilled to receive them. The majority of the flowers still had not opened, so they stayed fresh for longer than we expected as they continued to bloom. She has sent me updated pictures of the flowers and they look gorgeous.

Apparently my gift of flowers came with some broken stems. The recipient called the company and a new batch were sent out. Though I am not pleased there were some broken stems, I appreciate them solving the problem with ease and swiftness.

Recipient of the flowers said no one rang the doorbell to inform her the flowers got delivered so she wasn’t sure how long the flowers were at her doorstep for. The flowers were delivered bruised and some stems bent.
Missing card - my mistake
Rosarium contacted me at the request of my daughter after I surprised her with beautiful flowers but didn’t send a note with them - my mistake. They were prompt and thoughtful explaining their policy not to release information and I called my daughter to tell her after she spent a day just wondering who sent them which I believe was a lot of fun for her. The bouquet was full and lovely. I would work with them again

It said the flowers would be delivered that Friday (mothers birthday was on Saturday) and they didn’t get there until late Monday. Not worth the cost.

The initial delivery estimate was over a week later than planned. The second estimate came in on schedule and was delivered one day late.
I would suggest that you get a better handle on what you present for estimates.
A Little Something - Not so lovely!
I received a photo of the flowered delivered and it did not look as anticipated! There were a bunch of pink roses dropping down and the flowers themselves did not looks fresh and bright!!

I didn’t think the arrangement looked like the picture online. Some of the stems were broken during shipment. It was a sympathy gift.

a little let down
i ordered for my flowers to get there the day before the preferred date (i ordered for them to get there feb. 13 instead of 14) like the website advised to in case there was any trouble with the shipment and orders were backed up. I understood because it was going to be valentines day, so i decided to be safe rather than sorry and have my flowers arrive early.
I really was so excited for the flowers to get there early, i thought i was one step ahead of the game. but then i got an email saying they would arrive on valentines day and i thought oh thats fine! that’s the day their really for anyway. i got a text that day saying it was out, ready to be delivered.
i waited the entire day for receive some sort of confirmation that they got there safely, and instead i got a message saying there was an issue.
then i got another email saying it would get here on feb. 15. i’m not going to lie, i was a little livid. i expected that at the price i was paying for my flowers, and followed directions to be sure my flowers got their on time, early even, that i’d get exactly that. i was really disappointed, but nonetheless happy that my boyfriend was able to receive his flowers after all. they were so beautiful and looked exactly like the image. he was incredibly happy as well regardless of it being late, he also enjoyed the really cute and professional note it came with.
