Yes, same-day flower delivery is available across the UAE. Choose Today in your basket to see the remaining delivery windows for your order. Availability depends on when you order, your flowers, the recipient’s address and the remaining delivery schedule.

Yes. Choose Dubai and Today in your basket to see the 60-minute delivery option. Express orders are accepted from 8am until before 11pm, UAE time, when the service is available for your order. Express is a paid upgrade; its price and estimated arrival time appear in your basket.

Yes. We offer scheduled flower delivery 24/7 across the UAE, including overnight, weekends and public holidays. Select your date and an available time in your basket. For a midnight surprise, book ahead and choose a slot for the date the gift should arrive. Dubai’s 60-minute express service has separate ordering hours.

Of course. Choose Today, Tomorrow or a later date in your basket, then select an available free delivery window. If timing matters, you can choose a specific one-hour window for an additional fee. All times shown are UAE time, and the available options update as delivery slots close.

Yes. Include the recipient’s full name, mobile number and complete venue address, plus the room, ward, department or reception details where relevant. Delivery follows the venue’s access rules, so flowers may need to be handed to an authorised reception or security desk.

Absolutely. Use your own billing details and enter your recipient’s UAE delivery address and mobile number. Choose their emirate, delivery date and time in your basket, and add a personal message to make the gift feel close, wherever you are.

Our team may contact you or the recipient by phone or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery. Please provide a reachable mobile number and any helpful access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed, we’ll discuss the next step; arranging another delivery may involve a redelivery charge.

We follow the arrangement’s overall design and colour palette. Flowers are natural, so individual blooms and their opening stage can vary. If a flower or presentation item is unavailable, a considered substitution of equal or greater value may be needed while preserving the arrangement’s character.

For fresh bouquets, trim the stems and place them in a clean vase with fresh water, keeping leaves above the waterline. Refresh the water regularly and keep flowers away from direct sun, heat and air-conditioning vents. For flower boxes or preserved roses, follow the care advice for that arrangement.
