I sent flowers to a family member who had lost his spouse. I don’t know a local florist yet found Rosarium who had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated that I could select my delivery date so as not to overwhelm my cousin . The flowers came as promised and I heard great compliments

Fantastic Flowers and Outstanding Customer Service
I've ordered several times from Rosarium and the recipients have always been impressed with the bouquets. This last order was for a sympathy arrangement but for some reason the order was stuck and wasn't going to arrive on the date requested. Because the family was leaving to go out of state for the funeral, customer support was quick to apologize, comped the order and delivered the flowers at an alternative date. They went beyond what I expected and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Delayed Delivery
Delivery scheduled for a friend’s 70th birthday on a Thursday. Didn’t arrive until Saturday evening at 6pm. Really disappointed. The flowers themselves were very pretty though.
Customer Service has promised that the next delivery in the series of 4 scheduled will be upgraded.

Rosarium Delivers the greatest
The flowers delivered were identical to the photo on the web site. They were delivered fresh with easy to understand instructions about display and preservation. I am happy to recommend Rosarium to those who want the best, most beautiful floral arrangements delivered in excellent shape.
No card and the message weren't included with the delivery of the flowers
The rating would have been great except the heartfelt message I included with the flowers was not delivered. The receiver did not know who it was from or why I was sending them. I had to test to see if they got them and then
text a copy of the message that should have been delivered with the flowers.
Held Up Again
I ordered this boutique with credit I received for a recent delivery that was late. To make sure this boutique arrived when expected, I ordered it a day earlier than I truly needed it to be delivered. Good thing I did, because this boutique was also am delayed and did not arrive on the requested day. While this boutique and others in the past have been beautiful, the repetitive delivery issues will likely prevent me from ordering from Rosarium again.

Flowers we packaged carefully and arrived in great shape. Unfortunately, the bouquet didn't look as full as the pictures on website. In fact, it seemed a little sparse for the price.

Unimpressed with the quality of your flowers, used a credit due to a bad experience and my friend’s picture of the arrangement received showed petals falling off the first day. Need better Quality Control.
