Picked this arrangement for the lady and I'm 97% certain these beauts improved our evening exponentially!!
I called customer support and
I called customer service and it took 4 calls to get someone in the phone. When I was able to stay on the line (before that, I was either getting disconnected or told that I can’t leave a message and no one was available), I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer and they weren’t helpful or accommodating.
Several roses received only last 2 days even after taking good care measures.
I love the concept. Instagram marketing is lovely but the product and service doesn’t match. For the cost and product/service received, I don’t plan to use service again.
