Flower care
Place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water as soon as they arrive. Trim the stems at an angle and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat.

I bought flowers here for a coworker to send her after she had a surgery. She loved them and loved the vase too and send me texts twice time to say thank you. They turned out to be just what she liked and she’s continuing to use the vase that came with the flowers we bought to make new floral arrangements and sitting them in the same vase. It's a lovely and unique vase, but it came with the flowers. That said, if it was another vase, I might not have ordered this bouquet.

Just like the picture
Loved this bouquet. It was just like the picture. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that it was delivered later than expected and there was some manual work to put it together (clip the stems, put in vase, add water, etc. ). I realize this is part of getting flowers shipped but not the best experience when sending as a gift.

Vase that arrived with Snowy Day
So, the vase that came with Snowy Day is nice enough. It's squatter than anticipated, which threw me off a bit. At the end of the day, the flowers seem nice in it. It's nothing terribly special but I'm sure I'll use it again. Ostensibly it's included, so . . . No real complaints. Could have more heft but its thinness makes it easier to wash and carry.

It’s nice, it’s not as strange as it might look
It’s a cool vase. Interesting, feels hand made, holds flowers well, but not so interesting to be distracting. It just seems organic.
Absolutely NOT as shown in the picture. They
Absolutely NOT as pictured. They arrived to her with broken stems, wilted, the roses were dead, and looked nothing like the photo. I was so so disappointed and EMBARRASSED because this bouquet was for someone who’s sister had just passed and was very close to me. This site was rated number one in lots of places and I was so excited to order from you but I never will again. Back to 1800FLOWERS I guess! The vase was fine and not broken and the lollipops as well but that was all I can say good about this order.
