# Delivery & Substitution Policy

At our boutique, we treat every single arrangement like a work of art. Because we deal with natural, seasonal products, we want to be completely transparent about our delivery and design process.

### Our Hand-Delivery Process
To guarantee absolute freshness, we only hand-deliver our arrangements in temperature-controlled transport. We do not pack our flowers into cardboard boxes or ship them via third-party mail carriers. 

### Delivery Windows & Timing
While we cannot guarantee precise delivery minutes due to courier routing, we do offer morning and afternoon delivery windows. If the recipient is not home, our courier will attempt to contact them to find a safe, shaded location (out of the sun) to leave the flowers, or leave them with building security/concierge.

### Our Artistic Substitution Policy
Flowers are seasonal creations of nature. While we always strive to match the photos on our website exactly, local crop availability varies daily. 

If a specific bloom (like a peony or rare garden rose) is unavailable, our expert floral artists will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater beauty, quality, and value—ensuring that the overall style, shape, and romantic color palette of your arrangement remains identical.
