My first choice
I needed to send condolence flowers. And when you send these, you do not want to take any chance that they will be anything less than perfect. These are stunning and dignified.

I ordered from Rosarium because the floral design is always lovely and the quality of what I order is consistent with the design selected. Lastly, the packaging and presentation always makes a good impression even before the box is open. Thank you yet again Rosarium!
Beyond What I Expected
I saw the ad on Instagram and after looking at the unique arrangements, I had to take a chance. The order was for a dear friend who was recently diagnosed and the having surgery for breast cancer. She received them the next day and they looked STUNNING! Thank you for brightening her day. Rosarium will be our go to for future floral arrangements.
Beautiful Bouquet, Disappointing Delivery Experience
We ordered a special bouquet from Rosarium for a family member who was not faring well in the hospital. Given the uncertainty of his condition, it was especially important that the flowers arrive on time and with care. While the final arrangement itself was lovely and exactly what we hoped for, unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing, the bouquet was misplaced, and the driver did not follow the protocol of taking a photo at drop-off. This happened on a Friday, and due to delivery limitations, a replacement could not be sent until the following Tuesday, which was very difficult given the circumstances.
That said, Rosarium handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. Their team listened, took ownership where they could, and ensured a replacement was delivered as quickly as possible. Even though the timing was not ideal, I deeply appreciated their effort, care, and willingness to make it right. This gesture mattered, especially when we couldn’t be there in person. Overall, the experience earns 4 stars: a beautiful product and compassionate service, with room for improvement in delivery execution.

These flowers are superb but the experience was dimmed by the absence of the “card” that was included on the order.

The flowers were received on time and were beautiful - according to the recipient! The only thing that went awry is that there were no shears in the box. Since there are two more bouquets coming, could you include the shears in one of those? Thank you much.
