Place the flowers in a clean vase with fresh water as soon as they arrive. Trim the stems at an angle and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat.

Labeling on the Box
The flowers looked beautiful but because the recipient didn’t realize there were flowers inside, they had turned the box upside down, and some of the flowers got smashed or broke off. So, I think it would be helpful to put a “this side up“ on the box.

The box is lovely but the quality of the flowers were just okay.
Upset put right
Well, the first set of flowers were “Baked” in a Stella box the delivery person found on the property because of fear of theft. Well, who would want the dead flowers? Now, I called and emailed and said, “ no way”. Rosarium listened and sent a different batch that wasn't “cooked”. They righted a wrong.

As usual the bouquets were beautiful in terms of the flower selection. However, I did not realize buying them as a deal for their end of summer clearance would amount to sending my grandmother roses that were Turing brown.

This was my first time trying Rosarium and I really love the uniqueness of the flower choices. The box was received in time and brought in immediately and one of the bunches was perfect. The other had 4 pretty old/wilted flowers in it. I will definitely use you again - just really an FYI.

Only a little disappointed because delivery could not be achieved the next day but I was advised of that in advance. Loved the announcement email which went to the recipient. She said the flowers were very nicely packed in a box and I could see from her photo that they were what I ordered. I recommend Rosarium. Just need to order a little earlier next time.
