I order a Good Vibes set of flowers. I was disappointed with them because the roses lost their petals. However, a replacement Good Vibes was sent. This was a much better set of flowers. I appreciate Rosarium “making things right” in this case.

I had an idea for a retirement party. The guest of honor is so very generous so I thought it would be really neat to have people take a stem or two home with them. I had an old bottle crate and went to the recycle bin and got plastic soda bottles & tied lace and sparkly pink tulle around the tops. Originally I thought only 50 people were coming then later I found out it was more like 100 so I did add some flowers from my yard just to be sure to have enough for each guest. It was a hit! Some people were so excited to be able to pick out a rose they wanted. I also just made a few ahead of time for those who couldn’t decide. I grew up in a flower shop so this was fun for me also. I passed on Rosarium name quite a bit!

I had one wonderful experience before, with a gorgeous, fresh display showing up at my sister’s door. But this time, the flowers were brown around the edges and slightly wilted. The recipient said they were dry, with no dampness at all in the package and they looked bad. Some were totally wilted. Very disappointed, it wasn’t cheap.

I received Good Vibes arrangement on October 2 and today, October 15, it's still looking good! Only the small sprays of roses had to be taken out a few days ago. The larger roses and other flowers remain in good condition. I'd definitely order Rosarium flowers for others because the bouquet is one of the most attractive I've seen and it's super long lasting.
What you pay for is what you get
I’ve ordered from other online florists in the past and what the recipients receive is never at all close to what you’ve ordered online. Rosarium though is by far the most on point online florists out there. Flowers are absolutely stunning. Highly recommended

Well, the first set of flowers were “Baked” in a Stella box the delivery person found on the property because of fear of theft. Well, who would want the dead flowers? Now, I called and emailed and said, “ no way”. Rosarium listened and sent a different batch that wasn't “cooked”. They righted a wrong.

Flowers were nice, but let down that there was no reference to it being the “Zay Bouquet”. I chose them for my wife for that reason and my card even made reference to Ravens and Zay. BUT the card and flowers fell flat because as far as she knew they were just purple flowers. Including a picture of Zay with the flowers like the one on your website would have been a nice addition to those who ordered it because of Zay.

Hi. I ordered flowers Sunday morning for delivery on Monday for my sister's birthday. They were not delivered until Tuesday. I wasn't told that you could not deliver on the date requested. If I had known that, I would not have ordered from you. However, the flowers looked beautiful and my sister was very pleased with the arrangement.

I couldn’t have been more pleased by the way in which Rosarium went the extra mile to provide me with the best service possible. I made a mistake in the address I gave to them, and the flowers were delivered to the wrong address in error. When I notified Rosarium of the problem, they rectified the situation on a one-time basis and even upgraded the flowers as the ones I had ordered were not available.

I've had 2 deliveries up to now. The fall flowers in October were simply beautiful and the blooms lasted weeks! My latest one I got in Nov was not bad either - did not feel as full as the first one though. And it had more purples than I would have liked. But still very very pretty and something I could never have put together myself. The flowers do last much much longer because of how quick they ship from the origin country.

Not sure they were worth the cost
The recipient sent me a photo and while most of the flowers looked the same, the small purple ones that are shown on the site weren't included! THEY are what gave it the 'Good Vibes' effect as far as I'm concerned, because they leaves around the flower 'popped' out. It's a beautiful bunch of somewhat ordinary flowers otherwise.

These arrived today at my recipient. they sent me a photo. I'm disappointed the rose petals are brown already and look very dreary! Unfortunately, I am a bit embarrassed by this bouquet given to my friend. Just being honest.
When we took
By the time we took the followers indoor, they already began turning yellow. It was about 2 hours after delivery.

The roses packaged well But they all looked a little burnt on the edges. Not fresh. Liked all the other distinctive foliage. Would not order again.

Not seasonal and disappointing
A bit disappointed, it came tight after Christmas so I expected a festive bunch but it was purple pink and some black looking flowers. I don’t think the recipient was that thrilled with it.
Sickly rose lillies.
I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a friend December 29th. It was delivered and she said it was lovely. Based on that I ordered an arrangement of rose lillies for myself and requested delivery December 31st. I was notified the flowers would not be here until January 2, 2022. They arrived that day. Two blooms were broken, most look like frost hit them. I have waited two days and the flowers look as dismal as the day they arrived. I regret that my friend has two more bouquets coming to her. I hope her next bouquets do not mimic my sick rose lillies.

For the money, the flowers were not in great condition. Most of the roses were wilted. This is the second order this has happened on. Not happy at all.
Alright
The flowers were different than the photo advertised. A bit disappointed because it contained less of the light pink flowers, which is my family member’s fav color.
Not sure if I would order again.
Not really the same bouquet
Only has 3 of the bigger lighter pink flowers the rest were the little roses and lots of greenery.
