Labeling on the Box
The flowers looked beautiful but because the recipient didn’t realize there were flowers inside, they had turned the box upside down, and some of the flowers got smashed or broke off. So, I think it would be helpful to put a “this side up“ on the box.

Wrong date and not so nice flowers
When booking, the website guaranteed delivery on Sunday, Mothers Day. However, the delivery happened the next day - disappointing. Further, the flowers that were delivered did not look fresh.

Beautiful bouquet
I sent it across the country so I didn't see it in person, but everyone was very pleased with it! It looked as shown in the picture (from the pictures I was sent). There should be something on the box though that says to open immediately, because my mom would've let it sit there for hours if I hadn't called her. She had no idea the box contained flowers.
