Lovely Prompt Flowers
Sent flowers to a friend to congratulate them on the birth of their first child! Love how I can send a lovely vase as well so she doesn’t have to worry about digging one up when she had her hands full.

PLS DON'T POST
The flowers I ordered were great. They were exactly as shown in the picture. However, I didn’t realize no vase was included; I had to run out and buy a vase big enough to hold the three bouquets. Also, it would be very helpful to change the font to regular block font on your personalized cards. The flowers were for my 91 year old mom and unfortunately she was unable to read the message because it was in italics. Thanks David Walton

My order arrived when expected but I was pretty disappointed that the vase I added to my purchase was not included. The flowers themselves were also smaller than I anticipated and they were already bruising as well. I contacted customer service and they were very apologetic and credited the same amount that I had spent to my account. The overall cost was a bit too spendy for what is received.
