Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available across the UAE subject to the order time, flower availability and delivery capacity for the recipient’s area.

Which Emirates do you deliver to?

Rosarium accepts delivery orders across all seven UAE Emirates. Available dates, time slots and fees are confirmed during checkout.

Can you deliver to hotels and hospitals?

Yes. Please include the recipient’s full name, mobile number and, where relevant, the hotel booking name, room number, hospital, ward or patient details. Access remains subject to the venue’s own policy.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photograph?

We preserve the arrangement’s overall design, colour direction and value. Flowers are natural and seasonal, so considered substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

Can I include a card message?

Yes. Add your message on the product page before adding the item to your cart. You can also request that the gift be sent anonymously.

How should I care for my flowers?

Trim the stems, use a clean vase with fresh water and refresh the water regularly. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat and strong air conditioning.
