Card was missing with Flowers
The flowers looked beautiful…. it would have been nice if she knew who sent them. I sent my dear friend a 100th birthday bouquet but the card that Rosarium sent was a generic “Someone is thinking of you” instead of what I personally stated on the website. I had to call to see if she had received the flowers as she had no idea who had sent them to her. She is, after all, 100 years old. I was distressed when she told me she spent hours calling various people trying to figure out who had sent them. Disappointing to say the least.
Giving and receiving
I have re waived the gift of Rosarium bouquets twice and they were incredible. The flower choices, order process, delivery time, communication and website function are terrific. You missed one star because the bouquet for my daughter that I shipped to myself to surprise her at work had no flower food. I read on your website that that was important for their care. The two received orders were both five stars! Thanks.
