Amazing Service
This company is amazing. I had sent flowers to my sister in a memory care facility but she didn't receive them. When I contacted Rosarium, they sent another order to the facility at no extra cost. Then I discovered the facility doesn't allow flowers into memory care, so I called Rosarium back knowing I would have to pay for the first attempt but wanting to cancel the second. Rosarium re-routed the second delivery to my home and accepted the loss of having made two deliveries for the cost of one.
