I had this arrangement delivered to my daughter for Valentine's Day, and she loved it! The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time.
Let down
Flowers were nice, but let down that there was no reference to it being the “Zay Bouquet”. I chose them for my wife for that reason and my card even made reference to Ravens and Zay. BUT the card and flowers fell flat because as far as she knew they were just purple flowers. Including a picture of Zay with the flowers like the one on your website would have been a nice addition to those who ordered it because of Zay.
Flowers not as expected, customer service just right
I sent flowers to my friend and received a picture. The roses in the bouquet were a bit wilted and it was half filled with carnations (not in the example picture). I sent the photo and my comments to Rosarium and they gave me a credit to buy another bouquet. The bouquet wasn't great, the customer service was better then great.
