The flowers were beyond what I expected after being disappointed by pix vs reality with previous florists. My bonus mother gave the arrangement a 20 on a scale from 1 - 10, calling them directly to exclaim “they’re incredible”! My father is still talking about how lovely & impressive they were! Also, customer service was excellent!

This was supposed to arrive the following day but I received no notification that it had been delivered and received. She adored the flowers but didn't pick them up until following day. You had her phone number and could have notified her.

Lovely combination, but a bit wilted.
This was a Valentine’s delivery, so of course demand will generally outstrip high quality supply. Rosarium has always come through for me and usually offers some beautifully unique arrangements. This was no exception, but I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers themselves, as there was quite a bit more browning and wilting than I’ve received from them before.

Not a wonderful start
Some of the flowers were wilted when they arrived. The roses have not lasted very long. I’m a little disappointed. I hope the second arrangement is better.
