I pre-ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet in early January & then received a message that my order had shipped before 1/14/26/ Customer acknowledged that I had ordered for February and immediately provided a free replacement to be shipped in early February. The indicator of good customer support is how a company reacts to hiccups.

Smooth process, unimpressive product
Easy search and purchase process. Friend sent a pic of her arrangement and it looked like it was from a grocery store. I expected fuller blooms andbetter looking in general for the price paid.

Flowers look beautiful, delivery service was terrible
Wanted these flowers delivered on a specific date. There is a gate with a standard directory keypad/intercom. The driver claimed no one was home which was a lie. He just did not call via the keypad. Claimed the same thing the following day. Dropped the flowers by the gate instead of at the house. Very disappointing.

Flowers are always delivered when expected, roses where a little beat up on this delivery but it didn’t take away from the overall beauty of the arrangement.

They got it the 2nd time around
I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday, which is always challenging, because her birthday is 13th February!
Disappointingly, the flowers did not arrive on the 13th, despite my getting a message saying they had been delivered. I contacted Rosarium, and they ultimately delivered a lovely bouquet on the 18th. Better late than never!

Flowers look beautiful, but noted some color change (brown) at the edges of the light colored roses at delivery.

Apparently my gift of flowers came with some broken stems. The recipient called the company and a new batch were sent out. Though I am not pleased there were some broken stems, I appreciate them solving the problem with ease and swiftness.

I adore the flowers -
I love the flowers - they look beautiful. About 3 or 4 of the top of the stems were snapped off though, so I didn’t get the benefit of enjoying the full arrangement.
Lovely but doesn't last more than 2 days
We ordered these for my mother's birthday. She said they looked beautiful, but yet sadly after 2 days some of the flowers then were already dying....not as fresh or lasting as we would have hoped.
