The flowers arrived on time and carefully packaged. It has been 11 days since I received them and only a few have wilted away. The bouquet is beautiful and has a lovely scent. I've never been disappointed with flowers from Rosarium

Recipient was really happy with the flowers. However you didn’t include the gift message so she didn’t know who sent them; and when she called you to ask, she was told the information was confidential. Meanwhile you don’t inform me that the flowers were delivered, and I would have had to download another app to track delivery. So you need to improve communication with customers!!

A delivery from afar
Sent this to a program facilitator while I was in the airport about to board my flight. When I arrived, I got a notice that my delivery was out and a few hours later a nice note from my facilitator about how much she liked the bouquet! Was glad it was such an easy process to order and have everything delivered safely without any intervention on my end.
