Delivery service was disappointing
1. I ordered a week in advance of my stepmom's 90th birthday and the flowers still didn't arrive on time!
2. When they did arrive, the delivery person failed to ring the bell and left the flower box with big letters reading, "HELP! I'm upside down!" I mean, seriously?
3. On the plus side, the flowers look beautiful.
