This was my first go
This was my first time trying Rosarium after two back-to-back upsets with a similar company. I was pleased not only with the quantity of stems in the arrangement, but the quality as well.

Inconsistent quality
I've received lovely bouquet from Rosarium, but I've also received bouquet with flowers that were in bad shape (like this one). The bouquet I received only bore a distant resemblance to the pictures on the website, with flower substitutions, petals that were turning dark, roses that never recovered from the travel, and some flowers that were even cut off entirely (i.e. at the top of the stem...)
I'm rating this 3 stars is that I have had some good experience in the past, and the customer care team was great and owned up to the issue. However, I expect better quality/consistency from a service that is on the more expensive side. It's a shame, I'm not sure that I will order again through your service.
