I sent flowers to someone who's spouse had just died, such a distressing time. The card was from a couple in another state whose names she had never heard of. My friend had to push rosarium to own their mistake and received very little support to find out who sent the flowers. I'm told the flowers are beautiful but the experience has been very disappointing for all of us.
